Every paid Apptonomy plan is backed by a straightforward promise: if the platform isn’t right for your app, tell us within 30 days of your first charge and we’ll refund that payment in full.

What’s covered

Your first paid charge on any Apptonomy subscription — monthly or annual. Free trials aren’t charges, so nothing to refund there. Add-ons and usage overages purchased on top of the base plan aren’t part of the guarantee.

The 30-day window

The clock starts the moment your first successful payment clears. Anytime in the following 30 days, you can request a full refund — no survey, no phone call, no escalation ladder. After day 30 the guarantee expires, but you can still cancel future renewals at any time from the Billing tab.

How to request a refund

Open your organization’s Billing tab and start the cancel flow. If you’re inside the 30-day window, you’ll see a one-click option to request a refund with the cancellation. We issue the refund to your original payment method immediately; most banks show it within 5–10 business days. Your subscription ends the moment the refund is issued.

One per customer

The guarantee is meant to remove risk from your first paid experience with Apptonomy. It applies once per customer — across accounts, emails, and payment methods. Repeat refund requests from the same person fall outside the guarantee.
