title: Plans & Entitlements
description: The full tier matrix — per-plan quotas, audit cadence, and feature gates for Free, Basic, Pro, Elite, and Enterprise.
---

This is the single source of truth for what each plan includes. Every other page that mentions a quota or a gated feature links here rather than restating the number, because the numbers can change.

Apptonomy has five tiers: **Free**, **Basic**, **Pro**, **Elite**, and **Enterprise**. Free requires no card. Basic, Pro, and Elite are self-serve and can start with a free trial. Enterprise is custom and arranged through sales.

## Capacity and quotas

| Dimension | Free | Basic | Pro | Elite | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly price (EUR / USD / GBP) | Free | €49 / $49 / £39 | €149 / $149 / £129 | €399 / $399 / £349 | Custom |
| Projects | 1 | 1 | 5 | 20 | Unlimited |
| Team seats | 1 | 1 | 2 | 5 | Unlimited |
| Target languages per project | 1 | 2 | 5 | 10 | 30 |
| Competitors per project | 1 | 3 | 5 | 10 | 20 |
| Maximum audit cadence | Monthly | Weekly | 2×/week | Daily | Daily |
| Data retention | 60 days | 90 days | 1 year | 2 years | Unlimited |
| Custom AI-discoverability prompts per project | 0 | 0 | 2 | 5 | 10 |
| Tracked competitor events | — | — | 300 | 1,200 | Unlimited |
| Event drafts | — | — | 10 | 40 | Unlimited |
| Featuring nominations | — | — | 10 | 40 | Unlimited |

The three in-app events limits apply across the whole organization and count what is standing now, not a monthly total. Submitting or archiving an event draft or a featuring nomination frees its slot. Past the tracked-competitor-events limit, the oldest competitor events are the ones withheld. In-app events is included from Pro, and the organization's Owner or a Manager turns it on under the organization's **Features** settings.

:::note[Basic keeps Free's project and seat limits]
Basic adds reviews & sentiment, localization & translation, and the Figma plugin on top of Free, plus a second target language and a third competitor per project, a weekly audit cadence, and the full uncapped keyword and competitor sets in the report (Free displays only the top 10 keywords and top 3 competitors). What it does **not** change is the 1-project / 1-seat limit — you reach more projects and seats at Pro and above.

Annual billing is available on every paid tier at roughly a 17% discount versus paying monthly. The exact annual figure is shown on the plan card and at checkout.

## Audit modules per tier

The audit report itself contains different modules depending on the plan. Store text, screenshot, and icon analysis run on every tier, including Free.

| Module | Free | Basic | Pro | Elite | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Store text | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Screenshot | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Icon | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| AI Discoverability | 1 LLM | 2 LLMs | 3 LLMs | 5 LLMs | 5 LLMs |
| Reviews & sentiment | — | 30-day window | 60-day window | 365-day window | Full history |
| Keyword analysis | ✓ (top 10) | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Competitor discovery | ✓ (top 3) | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Intent mapping | — | — | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Store policy checks | — | — | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |

When a module isn't included in your plan, the audit records a skip for that module rather than running it. Upgrade to the tier shown above to turn it on.

### Free-report display caps

On Free, keyword analysis and competitor discovery both run, but the report **displays** at most 10 keywords and 3 competitors. This is a display cap, not a smaller analysis: the engine still computes the full set behind the scenes, and every paid tier shows all of it. The same cap applies to both the anonymous [Quick Scan](/docs/public-tools/quick-scan) teaser and a signed-in Free account. Upgrade to any paid plan to see the complete keyword and competitor lists.

## Feature gates

| Feature | Free | Basic | Pro | Elite | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Store analytics (App Store Connect / Play Console) | — | — | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Direct store publishing | — | — | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| AI asset generation | — | — | Text | Text + images | Text + images |
| Localization & translation | — | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Figma plugin | — | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Priority support | — | — | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| In-app events | — | — | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Slack integration | — | — | — | ✓ | ✓ |
| API access | — | — | — | — | ✓ |

:::note[Upsell targets aren't always the next tier up]
Most quota gates point at the next tier: Free → Basic, Basic → Pro, and so on. Two features skip ahead — **API access** is Enterprise-only, and **Slack integration** first appears on Elite. When you hit one of these, the upgrade prompt targets the tier that actually unlocks it, not simply the next one up.

## Add-ons

If you need one more project than your plan includes, the **Extra Project Slot** add-on adds a single project for €50 / $50 / £40 per month and stacks — buy as many as you need. It's available on Basic, Pro, Elite, and Enterprise. Enterprise already has unlimited projects, so the add-on is hidden there. Manage add-ons on the [Add-ons tab](/docs/billing/managing-your-subscription).

## Free trial and expiry

New accounts can start a **7-day free trial** on Basic, Pro, or Elite without entering a card. You get one trial per account, and you can't start a second trial on another organization while one is running. When the trial ends without a paid subscription, the organization moves to a trial-expired state and its workspace becomes read-only until someone adds billing. Your projects and past audits are preserved — nothing is deleted at trial expiry. See [Managing your subscription](/docs/billing/managing-your-subscription) for the recovery path.

## Roles and who can change plans

Plan and quota entitlements apply to the whole organization, but only the **Owner** and **Managers** can change the plan, manage payment, or cancel. Standard members work inside the plan's limits without seeing billing. See [Members & roles](/docs/team/members-and-roles) for the full permission model.

## How this is sourced

Tier definitions — quotas, audit modules, and feature flags — come from the platform's plan configuration and are enforced server-side on every gated action. Prices are quoted in EUR, USD, and GBP; the euro is the canonical currency and the other two are derived from it using periodically refreshed exchange rates, then rounded to a clean price. The currency you see is chosen from your region. Because prices are recalculated as rates move, treat the figures above as current-at-writing and read the live number from the plan card and checkout.
